Any word on the Torque Universal Skeleton

Hey guys, I am sorry if this is a dead issue, but I came across a few references to The Torque Universal Skeleton and I was wondering if this was ever released, is it dead, etc....
I am trying to build a set of characters, and I am trying to use the bones of Kork and my model is not using the DSQs after they are being exported. I am sure I am missing something insanely simple, but for now, I am throwing my hands up and seeing what I can use that may already exist.
My end goal is of course getting the Torque Motion set and having a great jump in my project with animation...but first I have to get a guy that can move.
Any suggestions...
Thanks!

It seems that we got it going and we will be getting Tork-Motion SOON!!!. My post was more about the fact that a "General Skeleton" was being developed and I was seeing if we missed the boat on it. Good thing we didn't find it because we learned alot! We got the bones working with our guy (very proud moment) and now we are ready for the next steps.
We are using MAX by the way.
Thanks guys!
