Video Stream

Hi, i don't know if this is the right place to post my question, but I am a little bit desperate - I've heard about a commercial program that streams video from web cam and displays it in small borderless window on top of fullscreen game, so you can see your friends or even watch movie in such small window while you play games.

do you know name of this program ? my memory is really bad and I'd like to try it.
