Pan's Labrynth

I just saw this movie with my wife tonight. Hopefully it's playing in your town and you can watch it. It's wonderful. As I walked out of the theater and was thinking about the movie... something movies rarely make me do... I finally came to the thought that someday it would be really great to make a game that is on the level that Pan's Labrynth is as a movie. That's something to work toward someday. If you see the movie you will understand what I mean by this.

Hollywood is more interested in politics than making good movies right now. Too busy with the Botox injections and Viagra at the golf course or on the yacht or private jet crying about how hot it is.

But I guess that's just what Link would have done or something.

I was completely convinced that Ofelia was going to moisten the grapes in her mouth and then replace the monster's eyes on the plate. But I guess that's just what Link would have done or something.

Awesome movie, thought provoking work of art, Bravo Guillermo Del Toro! Ivana Baquero was amazing. And yes, this is not a movie for children.

I do see what the original poster means about it being like a videogame. some parts reminded me of zelda.

Not over my head, just a little too corny and dramatic for my tastes. :)I do see what the original poster means about it being like a videogame. some parts reminded me of zelda.
