Noob needs help with MS

I'm not sure if its something i did or not but i can't select any vertex. Is there a setting somewhere im missin or is it a problem with my software?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Ok so ive been playin around a little and i can select a vertex if its in a premade shape but when i create a vertex i cant select it

I think you need to give us a LOT more information, cause i'm lost.

what program are you using, what are you trying to do..? those are just the first two questions that come to mind.

Im using MS (MilkShape) but i kinda figured it out. for some reason everything i make is backward so when i thought i was in the right view it was acually the left, same with front and back. Thank you for the post though. I appreciate it.
