The Deam, Build, Play Competition is up

However they're not going to have any specifics until February 5th. Right now only people in the United States can register. Also at the moment if you're from New Jersey and a few other states you can't register (apparently due to a lazy web designer). They're supposed to fix the missing states and international registration soon.
By the way, you can't register if you're under 18. Which really sucks for me cause I'm just 7 months off. Also, somebody said once you register you get a message saying you have to submit your games (you can submit as many as you want) by July 2nd.
