How do you type accented characters in the torque gui?

I need to input the 'n with a tilde on top' (i unfortunately cannot reproduce the letter in this forum, but if you hold alt, then press 0, 2, 4, 1 in sequence using the numpad in any text editor..) in torque.

Do I need to install win xp ime? I observed pressing alt+0241 doesn't do anything, and copy-pasting the letter gave a (alt+0253) instead. I got 1.4 and compiled it in unicode (using winxp os) but I think i'm shooting blanks here.

I just need to type accented letters, nothing more exotic than that.

Thanks.

Ok, the n with a tilde on top didn't show up in my topic title..

I'm thinking there's no way to fix that.
