Probably a long shot but here goes:
Indie gamedev wannabe located in Philadelphia, PA USA looking for like-minded coders/artists/whatever in my geographic region. Realizing that most worthy coders are already working on their own projects, I'm looking for someone interested in co-developing technology, content, and researching new ideas. Get the benefits of a team and continue to pursue your pet project...
I'm an experienced C++ and web coder (my day job), my wife is trying to learn Blender. We've got a video producer with some decent computer skills and graphic artist. If you're looking to join a team...well you probably would have already, but if you are, we're all set up legal as an S-corp (oh yeah, we have an accountant too, but no product yet). I'm currently working on a codebase for a series of smallish racing games of various types, but we may first try a console/arcade type or an action/adventure using V12.
If you're interested, contact me at jason@379.com.

We are a florida based devolpment/art house running under our own seperate names, Iriot and Maelstrom Development. We wouldn't mind hooking up and doing a information sharing type thing... My lead coder would probably be the est one to talk to. Email him at plexxonic@softhome.net and give him a bit of info.

My team is also based on the East coast. I have members in New Jersey and Indiana. I personally am based in South Carolina. If we ever develop a physical office then we will mostly likely be based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. I understand that there are several proffesional studios around Raleigh, North Carolina (like Epic). Hopefully in the coming years we will see more and more studios opening up on the East coast.

Well, by "geographic region" I meant "within driving distance"...there was a time when Florida qualified but I'm a tad older (wiser?) now. ;)Jason

I had hoped to find someone in the NYC-Philly corridor, but it doesn't appear that's going to happen. I'm actually from Rochester originally (RIT then Kodak and Xerox for a while), and have only been down here a couple of years now. So what are you guys looking for in a programmer -- with the V12 engine specifically? I'm currently designing my own game engine code for a series of racing titles that I'd
like to do, but I've been sketching out an action/adventure title that would use V12.

Hey, I was just looking at your site, but I hadn't noticed the email address.
