AZ Company Building Initial Team (paid, full-time)

Hello! For the past four years I've worked for one of the top MMO creators in the world as a designer and design manager on a successful MMO. I left the company recently to start up on my own. The company has just been founded, funded and our office is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
I have a strong belief in the concept and business model for our first product and I will be using Torque for its engine. The product is MMO-based, but with a new twist that pushes it beyond your classic MMO while keeping the model/mechanics as simple as possible.
So I am here at the source looking for some experienced Torquers to form the initial team. These positions are full time and will require living in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. I am looking for people that are very driven and passionate about game development and who are willing to work hard to bring this idea to fruition. You must work well in a fast paced environment and be able to perform a variety of responsibilities. Ideal candidates should have 3-5+ years experience in their respective positions with as much peripheral talents as possible.
For the management/core team I'm looking for:
Lead Programmer
- 3-5 years C++ game development experience
- TGE/TSE and TorqueScript experience a must
- Experience as a manager or team lead a plus
- Ability to dissect the end goal into manageable pieces and project time and workforce requirements
- Experience in a previous start up a major plus
Lead Artist
- 3-5 years of 3D modeling for game development
- TGE/TSE experience a plus
- Experience as a manager or team lead a plus
- Ability to dissect the end goal into manageable pieces and project time and workforce requirements
- Experience in a previous start up a major plus
Lead Web Designer
- 3-5 years of web design experience
- SQL experience ( either MSSQL or MySQL is fine) and PHP experience a must
- Ability to create the full design document for our website and then manage it to completion.
- Ability to dissect the end goal into manageable pieces and project time and workforce requirements
- TGE/TSE experience a plus
- Experience as a manager or team lead a plus
- Experience in a previous start up a major plus
