Problems with shadows, skinned meshes and new dts exporter

Hi!
I'm creating and exporting dts meshes with the new darkindustries exporter, but when I open the models in the game the dynamic shadows of the player appear to be like the collision box... The dts models are a diferent type of vehicle, so it has skinned mesh and collision at same time...
I bet that the problem lies in the hierarchy, althought since I was exporting older models with the same setup in the old exporter it wouldn't happen...
I am using max8, new dts exporter and testing the model in the new demo of the torque 1.5...
Someone has any ideia of where is the problem, or how to fix the exporter?
