Free demo doesn't work after installing (no icon).

I'm new to this site. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place.
I come from a 2-D pencil animation background. I've used Photoshop & Flash, but hope to add Torque as a new skill. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get into the program after installation of the free 30 day trial since no icon appears.
I searched the site, but couldn't find any help.

Maybe another person did a free download on this computer before me & it can't happen twice.

I had the same problem, but I built this computer so I know I'm the only person that downloaded the demo. I was mainly interested in downloading the demo to get a feel of the program, and learn the basics with 2D graphics instead of jumping right into the "hard stuff."
