Composing images on the fly...

This may seem a bit wacky, but a game I'd love to create with TGB requires me to create
images on the fly using graphics primitave calls from the engine, like fonts, circles, rectangles, and
even other images. I want to be able to create new images of varying sizes (some will be huge),
draw stuff to them (RUN TIME), and then of course, display them.
Is that possible in TGB?
Thanks in advance
