TDN RTS-SK access failure

Hi!
It seems that TDN somehow forget that i purchase RTS Starting Kit Pack and doesnt let me to RTS SK tdn pages, though it recognizes me as me :) and i still have access to TGE pages as usual.
Few months ago i saw somewhere here topic about the same problem, but its a pity now i can't find it. I wonder, if it is a common error with common solution - then please let me know about it, otherwise i probably will need to contact technical support directly over e-mail.

P.S. This happenns both in Explorer 6 and Firefox 2, on Windows with XP SP 2

A lot of people can not access the the RTS pages on TDN at this time.
