OSX compiling issues with TGB

Am working with a developer who is encountering issues with compiling for OSX a prototype of a game built on version 1.1.1 of TGB. Apparently is able to compile okay on PC. Not sure if anyone else has encountered a similar problem. I do realize the current release is 1.1.3 however 1.1.1 was used for the prototype. Wondering if perhaps some of the Mac files in the 1.1.1 release have been fixed in a later release, and if that's the case, if there's a way to get a copy of an "official" 1.1.1 distribution for Mac.
