Help with creating Intro splash

Need help with info on how to create an intro splash with multiple fade in images without creating a movie file if there is something to add music in there as well i would be greatfull.

Take this tutorial and pair it with this tutorial (this one too for good measure) and you should be good to go

Lol love the response, i kinda peiced it together last nigiht i was in the dark w/o the internet bulb on me atm :(
