TGBX bug: removing materials

I created a new tankbuster templated project and went into TGBX and created a new level. I removed all materials from this level and saved it. So now I have 2 levels within 1 tankbuster.txproj file. I loaded up the original level and all the materials were back.
I then went into the project tab and started clicking and deleting all the scene objects. I was doing it quickly and clicking lower then hitting del then clicking higher then del so I could go through them quickly. About 8 in, the whole thing crashed on me.

I saved, then loaded the game in Game Studio Express, and got an assertion message saying "doh", then something about file not found. Then, I pressed ignore, and got a "No animation Data" error.
I had to manually modify the XML to fix it, there was a lingering which had no ref to material with animation data .

I've had a similar problem. I had a material, Animation, and an instance of the animation in the World. Then, I deleted all three. First, the animation from the world, then the animated sprite, then the material.I saved, then loaded the game in Game Studio Express, and got an assertion message saying "doh", then something about file not found. Then, I pressed ignore, and got a "No animation Data" error.
