Element115 Entertainment, an independent and privately owned game development studio is expanding its team and is seeking a talented 3D Modeler/Texture Artist to create humanoids and creatures for Nuclear Nightmare: Rise of the Fallen.
Brief Game Description
Nuclear Nightmare is a post-nuclear, survival horror single player game with RPG elements. The game is being developed on TGEA. Visit our web site for more info.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include creating character and creature models in the 1800-2500 poly range including textures/normal maps, rigging, skinning and exporting in TGEA's DTS format. Models will be created according to our concept designs but if you would like to bring in your own creativity to the game and share your ideas/art, you're welcome to do so.
Models Needed
Below you will find a very brief description on the models required.
- Main Character - Two versions needed since he will usually be wearing a suit and a gas mask - one with the mask on, and one with the mask off.
- A few humanoid models using the same or almost the same base mesh (with slight variations, mainly the textures).
- Various Mutated Creatures - Approximately 7 unique, mutated, abnormal, disturbing creatures.
Requirements
* An understanding of TGEA materials and a solid grasp of the DTS file limitations and exporting procedures is essential. Models should be ready to be animated by an animator without hassle.
* Must be able to work with a remote team via email, IM, etc. and provide frequent updates.
* Experience in modeling abnormal creatures (not just humans) a plus.
* Experience in multi-pass shaders also a plus.
Pay
This is a paid project. Please send us your bid on a per model basis. However, due to the fact that we are funding this game entirely ourselves, we can only consider the lowest bids.
Time Frame
Up to 12 Months
All applicants are requested to send us previous 3D character/creature modeling work or a link to a portfolio web site.
Whether your a talented young individual with no previous professional experience looking for your first credited job, or a person with previous industry experience that would like to work on this project, we're interested in hearing from you. Join a dedicated team of designers, developers, artists, writers and musicians and get your name credited on a game that will be sold world wide in multiple languages.
