I've just started to get into game development process but my main business is what fuels my desire to develop games. I develop websites for companies and individuals, some example of the sites I've recently done are available in my company portfolio. My company can also host and maintain the site should you desire.
Some of the common features available with my design packages:
- Easy to use navigation for users.
- Backend tool for code-less editing, updates and additions.
- Detailed statistics (w/hosting).
- User management system; search, permission based roles, avatars, ban/suspend, signatures, personal galleries/blogs, etc.
- Blogs; user specific themes, permission based roles and more.
- Photo Galleries; user specific themes, permission based roles, usage quotas and more.
- File management system; permission based roles, ability to specify or limit certain file types and more.
- Full featured forums support; images & video, standard & coded posts, rank system, permission based roles, moderators and more.
- Customizable point system.
- Feed reader system for reading and merging RSS feeds.
- Integrated PR system making it very easy to get high up on the search engine lists.
- Filtration system to help prevent spam, vulgar language and bots posting ads.
- IP address tracking options.
- Roles based email, newsletter system.
- Full security management within the back-end.
- Reporting system for any errors people may get so they can be fixed before they even have time to complain.
- Ad management system for displaying google or other banners.
- Ability to create articles with specific /(articlename) addresses for extra clean feed to the search engines.
- Calendar system with direct link to blog, form or gallery posts.
- RSS Syndication.
- The entire system has a language subsystem if the site needs to be multilingual.
- The ability to add or customize any feature is available per request and a small fee of course.
Because I'm really pushing to get into the game development community I'm offering 50% off to any game developers out their that need this type of service and until Q3-2007 when I start my game project I may even be willing to entertain some trade in my spare time.
I've created a Game Development Community based on this platform that I hope to have it very active by Q3-2007 to aid me in the development of my project. The site is StudioHorde and I'm currently looking for some editors or people to help fill some white space on the site, this could be considered a form of trade if anyone is interested. Once I have enough editors I'll be removing this offer.
