Dts File

So I have a dts file and its texture in a jpg. So how do I use it?

BTW I am not trying to be rude. I think if you want to learn Torque digital art pipline you have to start from A and read to Z otherwise you'll be scratching your head and wasting time.
You have to crawl before walk. Also purchase Showtool Pro it will give you some hints on DTS and how the textures work.
