Where can I get demo of TLK for TSE?

I serched for everywhere, but there's no file
Anyone know where can I get TLK for TSE?

It's the TGEA Milestone 4 demo that's in development demos under downloads on the bar at the very top of this webpage. TLK for TGEA and TGEA are joined at the hip, not seperate.

The Torque Lighting Kit is no longer a separate package. It is
incorporated into the engine by default and most of its features (and many more!) now
come stock with TSE.
