Sci-Fi Military building

I need input on what this building needs to be "game" worthy. I feel something is missing and just can't figure out what it is.

Better Lighting, or better textures.

For example, the yellow dashes look so dark against the dark rock.

A few ideas - lights, railings, vents, signage (warnings/caution/whatever), more texture variation.

Another idea- seems a bit empty on top... Maybe an antenna tower up there might compliment your geometry a bit more.

It looks fine the way it is. I think that what you want it to "feel" like is just as important as all the little things that people are mentioning here. The details that are mentioned are good ideas. But sometimes a simple concrete bunker is just a simple concrete bunker. It really depend on what you are going for. Stick with your feelings on the matter. The advice is good but remember its YOUR model and YOUR game. Just my two cents.

Looks excellent! =D

I agree with everyone else's input, though. Some lights would be nice. The textures seem to be the same on the inside as on the outside... Might want to add some variety. =)

Looks good, as everyone has said, need to push some more interest into it, at the moment it looks rather dull and flat.

Id add some lights, break up the grey with a little colour or material variation. Add a vent, when it rains you may see water leakage through the vent, giving some stains to the wall. I would also add some dirt/grass marks to where it meets the ground.

With a few small modifications it can become a really outstanding building, keep it up!

Cool reminds me of the TNG episode where Data joins his brother and the Borg.

It looks very nice. The only crits I would have are the lighting and ... I don't know, the texture seems to be sharper some places than others...but I don't know if that's just the rendering, or the screenshot, or whether it actually is the texture. Overall, though, looks good.

A few things that would make this better.

1. More details. Even a sparce combat bunker has some trim, vents , and lights.

2. Those sharp corners to get blown to bits! Trim out the corners. It will give your some more details and make it more interesting.

3. Looks like your textel density varies on the piece and its is pushed even further by using the same texture across the entire structure.

4. Vary the texture top to bottom showing areas of weathering.

I would remove the half wall on the first set of steps, looks weird. And I agree with Jesse about varying the weathering from top to bottom.

*edit : Just a note on the half wall.
If I was playing your game I would never use the steps. I would jump up the half wall. ;)

Nice work man.
