Hitbox problem with TSE

I got a matter with hitbox with TSE.
The hitbox of character submit the damage through many hitboxes.
ex)
If character are hitted at hitbox1 they submmit as they are hitted at hit box 2 and 3and 4.
any the character get more damage as they hitted at many hitbox.
happens with TSE, any ideas?
