Where To Begin

Hello,
My name is Ben and im 16, a junior in highschool, who has a desire to learn to develop games, but I had one question. Ive taken Java in school, learned basics of C++ on my own, so could I go ahead and start learning Torque Script or should I wait? Like is C++ only a good foundation, since C++ and Java are insanely similar. Any replies would be very appreciated.

Since you already have at least some programming experience I would suggest deciding on one specific feature you would like to implement and then figure out how to do it in torque script. Then figure out something else you would like to do and implement that. Once you have some success with torqe script under your belt you will be well on your way to being able to use TGE to develop games.
