DirectX error

Not worked TSE on the pc with P4, 1.7Ghz, Geforce FX440.
whenever I click the TSE.exe file, Directx error happened again and again.

By installing DirectX 9.0c or the dll file of d3d, worked on the FX 5700 graphic card,

but DirectX error happened on the FX5200 and ATI 9200, etc..

What's problem??

I guess that TES will work in setting the dll files that related to all graphics..

Downloaded and installed in following site

after latest version setting, TSE Version game was worked well...
