FPS helbreath

It's a decent online RPG, and it's free. Reminiscent of Diablo. The interesting aspect is that the RPG has "teams". You start as a traveller, and you are required to choose a side when you hit level 19. You then fight for that side while you play to gain levels too. Pretty interesting idea.
Now take that concept, throw in the torque engine.
A few more ideas pop in here... You can't make the maps too big, so there would have to be multiple maps in one game, and walking from one map to another would take you from one server to another (via portals). A large town could then be one entire map.
You gain money, and experience. Then killing the enemy faction (or factions) adds to your fame or something, allowing you to access more features.
Just an idea. A game like this would have to end up being pay per play obviously.
