TSE And Xbox 360 control pad

Can I use TSE and 360 control pad. Because I plan to make a prototype of a game I would like on 360.

Yes. We are using the 360 controller for the PC with TSE.

Thanks but how do you do it is there some kind of special software you need or something.

You can buy a xbox 360 game controller that works for the xbox and the pc. It has a usb adapter along with a drivers disk. You should be able to find this at any electronics store. Use this for testing, that'll get you started.
