$100 per programmer that directly uses the C++ source code. Think of it like buying a C++ compiler for each programmer. You can make as many games as you want.Jeff Tunnell GG

If this is the case that would mean that the non programers (mappers, scripters and alike) do not?
So if for instance I have 10 people on the project but only one of them is a programmer I will only need to pay $100 for that programmer. Right?

So this would mean that all of the programmers rquire the licence right? If this is the case that would mean that the non programers (mappers, scripters and alike) do not?

Correct, as long as no one else touches the source. Anyone that touches the source has to pay for a liscence.

From what I have heard around the forums, most places make 2 cvs repositories; both would be passwd protected, but one would contain the TGE source code while the other would contain the example dir

Correct, everyone else (non coders, those not needing access to the C++ source code) does not need a license. They can acces the scripts (example dir) to make gui/script changes etc. From what I have heard around the forums, most places make 2 cvs repositories; both would be passwd protected, but one would contain the TGE source code while the other would contain the example dir

I believe that is correct. Only the people touching, coding, compiling, etc. the C++ code need to have a license.

Yep that sounds perfectly right. And remember most of the game logic is programmed via script so not all your programmers will necessarily need access to the Torque engine code.

you can "use" more then one programmer.. yes
BUT... every programmer working with the source code should pay 100$, there is no way you can pay for 3 programmers for example.. all you can do is pay them back the 100$. Things is they have to order it personally, so pay with their own credit card (cuz I don't think you'll just give your credit card information to just anyone)
