Looking for Advice: Game Contest

Hello. I am new to this community. This is my first post.

I am a member of the Donation Coder [1] community and they are sponsoring a game programming contest. The DonationCoder.com Accessibility Game Coding Contest [2]

The questions I have for this community revolves around the Torque Game Builder product because I have only just now come up with a good idea for a game but am worried about not having enough time to build it. [3] So...

1. Starting from zero knowledge of Torque Game Builder, a wide range of development knowledge, but no great depth in any one programming language in particular, is this possible to do if the game's concept is already well thought out and limited in scope?
2. Can this be done during evenings and weekends, or would I need to take some vacation time to complete this project.
3. Since the trial version is good for 30-days, could I build and distribute my game *legally* using only a trial version of the Torque Game Builder? (If not, do you think GarageGames might be willing to provide me with a indie license for this project? What if I am willing to blog about my experience?)
4. Are the odds in my favor that I can find some help from this community with the limited artwork I would need?
5. Is there anybody among you that is an experienced Torque Game Builder developer that would be willing to act as my mentor for this project?

I am also interested in any and all comments you might have for me about this project.

thanx,
Chaim "Tinjaw" Krause
