Online Game Hosting Question

I just finished looking at the Torque demo RealmWars networking capabilities, and I was very impressed to say the least (read my thread in the Torque Engine:General Discussion section)...
This brings up a question... or two.
OK... here's the scenario... I put together this online naval simulation where players can download the software and log onto the server and play as either a sub commander, naval aviator, destroyer commander, etc... , on either side.
(1) Will GG host such a thing?
(2)If yes, will they have in place some way to facilitate a pay per play subscription type setup?
(3)Can the game be designed as to have a server version (hosted by GG) and a client version (no server capability)?
(4)Can the game be hosted with choices of different scenarios (levels)?
(5) Have I been couped up with my computers too long, and am wayyy off base here?
Thanks for any thoughts on this...

Keep in mind that the type of game you are proposing will cost you a lot of money to keep running. The hosting services are not free, so this type of game idea is very risky.
