Alt-Tab crash fix needed

Hi,
we are using TGE 1.4 and have the problem that changing the focus to another program with Alt-Tab in fullscreen mode crashes the application. This has been addressed in another thread and we have downloaded 1.4.2 to test that this version indeed solves the problem. It does.
The problem is fixed but we would like to patch it into 1.4 as we are nearing completion of a project that has required many engine changes. We used WinMerge to examine the changes. They are considerable and we would like to avoid this work if possible.
Can someone point us to the fix that was required to solve this problem please. It would probably be enough to point to the file as we can perform a diff against our version to locate the changes.
