Was Incorrect Vertex fixed

Was the Incorrect vertex fixed or the origin just fixed.. I cant get the middle vertex's to line up on the red line like they should every time I save and reopen the file it is back to it's original..

This is making it hard to zone out my building..

Just seeing if any one is having the same problem I am I have copy / past into new window and saved as csx and map and I still can't get them to fixed the vertices.
