Torque Runs Too Fast with New Machine

Hey guys,
I just upgraded to a newer machine, shuttle with an AMD duel core, along with an Nvidia Geforce 7950. Fired up my version of Torque and everything runs at an insane speed, cloads, characters, it's as if the clock and/or timing in torque is affected by this faster machine.
Any ideas why? Only thing I can figure is it has something to do with the duration of ticks, and if that's the case I can't figure out how to change that so it slows the whole game down to a reasonable speed.
thanks,
frank

That looks like that it, thank you sir. I kept searching for tick speed, didn't think it was a cpu issue, who would have thunk.
