Looking for a few people to a begin an up-start Gaming Site.

Overview:
I am in the process right now of making and getting ideas to start a not-for-profit Game and Web Development Company/Group. As of right now I am making a list of names to call the group and finding people that are interested, and funding money for the company, and projects. Maybe in the future when we get our name known we can start making money and having staff members to have a share of the profits.
This development team will be made up of about five to eight people (maybe more) with different positions in the Management, Programmers, Web Developers, Design Artists, and many more.
How will this team be run? We will have two different types of teams...
PROGRAMMING
Once in a while we will have a big group project we will be working on in which the whole team will have input such as inplementing a design, research, programming, marketing, and much more. Staff members are also free to work on project of there own nature.
WEB DEVELOPMENT
The Web Development type will work on Customer Request for designs in HTML, CGI/Perl, Flash, Graphics, etc. They will also be in charge of the maintenance of the website, and implement new technology to our website, and fix coding when needed.
Staff members are require to have atleast one form of live contact/communication in either America Online's Instant Messenger or Microsoft's MSN Messenger. This will be used for Staff meetings that will be held about three times a month or more.
