Crashed after Early Adopter EA1 Demo launched

Just got TSE, and successfully compiled in Visual Studio.net 2003:

Build: 6 succeeded, 0 failed , 0 skipped

And got a file "TSE_DEBUG.exe" C:\Torque Shader Engine\SDK\Example

Then launched "Early Adopter EA1 Demo". The demo running few seconds, there came a message

Failed to Allocate VB
"

I use Direct9.0 SDK(Octtober2005).

How to solve this?

Search the forums, it has been up before. Phil Carlisle made a thread about it, I believe.
