How to use .patch

Hey everyone,

I am sure this is a stupider question but I cannot for the life of me work out how to use the .patch files.

I want to use this resources

What do I need and have/do to use .patch files

You need to manually apply this patch. I have apply it to Torque 1.5 so if you have it email me I will send the cs file with the patch.
