Medium Sized .map files taking forever

I have a MAP file, its about two and a half MB, All it really is is a series of pillars and some cubes, but it is taking for bloody ever to convert to a DIF file. When it finally does something it tells me it is having trouble allocating memory and shuts down.

Has anyone else had this problem?
