Animations going to the left

Hey I'm pretty new when it comes to all of this. But after months of trying to get a model exported correctly I finally got it in there and animations work. Sadly, the animations aren't working 100%, like when I go to move forward, backwards, right, left or jump my model turns to the left and then does the animation, then returns to the starting position. My first thought was the pivot point on the biped since it the y axis is to the left, but I looked at the orc model and it's just like that too, and u can't really adjust the pivot on a biped anyway. Any idea on this would be greatly appreciated. Here are a few pictures the first one is before I try to move, the second one is of me going forward, a few of the envelopes are still not right around the head that's why its distorted looking. And im using max 8/9 btw

Id check the pivot of the bounding box, not biped. Im almost certain this issue has been resolved on the forums before. If the bounding box isn't the source of the problem, Id recommend searching for biped. You're bound to have something turn up.

Hey thx for info, i checked my bounds box and it was fine. so i started searching for stuff and found this http://www.garagegames.com/mg/forums/result.thread.php?qt=17189 turns out i was exporting the biped01 node for some reason, you also dont wanna export any of the dummies that are parent to your biped. Just for anyone else with this problem.
