Constructor demo?

I just got the second edition of 3D Game Programming All In One, and it says that there is a demo version of Constructor available at: http://demos.garagegames.com/ken_finney/Constructor_Demo.exe.

However, there is nothing at this link. What's up? Is there a Constructor demo available?

It is not available at this time. I would assume that it will be made available once it is released. Since the book went to press a while ago, the release of constructor's demo has slipped further than the book's release date.
