Tim Aste Content Pack 2 links broken

I was looking over the content pack "Tim Aste: Building Pack 2" here:

There are some grouped links near the bottom, under the sections "Preview Documentation" and "Preview Item Breakdown". All links in these sections appear broken. For example, "4.1 - Interiors List" has this link:
