Just came back after a long time

Hi everyone. I'm comming back after a very long break and I had a question.

What is the current version of Torque? I have listed in my download page 1.4.2. However, I see a post about 1.5?

If the newest version is 1.5 am I still able to get this upgrade for free as it was said when I originally purchased the product? Or did I wait too long too come back?

Sorry for the post after more investigation I see that in order to obtain the update it will cost some more money.
