DRL and HDR do NOT work on 8800GTX

As the title says.
Occurs only in TGEA.
In both the TGEA4.0 download, the TGEA4.1 download (and I downloaded it again to make sure).

DRL screwed up.

HDR screwed up.
Does not occur in any other game and is unique to TGEA's implementation of DRL and HDR. I've also noticed that the error occurs in the regions of the glow effect but I can't seem to capture it with a screen shot (it's too sporadic) and too fast for camtasia to catch.

Good try. I've got a eVGA 7600GT PCI-E that I need to get rid of.
----------------------
The problem in the TGEA 4.0 and 4.1 downloads was somehow related to the version of DirectX I was using. Replacing it with the August sdk and recompiling solved the problem.
I can't do this with the TGEA public demo as there's no source for it. It's problem is also somewhat different as you can see (HOM effect) though they may be related (at least this one looks cool sometimes though).

It appears that it doesn't like infinity very much. It also initially appeared with the normal maps in the background arranged ina grid with a few other artifacts.
