There are many places to get art -- what genre are you looking for? Fantasy RPG? Puzzle? Space action? Or are you just looking for general links?

The genre is RPG. simillar to "Gauntlet".

@Matt, there are many free resources available -- some that come to mind are:

Reiners Tilesets
RPG Maker XP also has quite a following, and alot of the fan sites provide public domain or "free to use" art work which can be integrated into TGB games well.

My suggestion would be to just simply use google as a resource, and search for "Fantasy Game Art", "RPG PNG Art", "RPG Graphics", etc, etc -- thats what I did a few months back when I got into TGB, worked wonders for me.

A good place to start is the TGB Adventure Kit. Although it's not a dungeon crawler pack it does have good aboveground content. You should look up on it.

I just saw this also. Might be of use to you.

@Kevin, unfortuneately, those mini packs are 3D -- without the proper training, skills or knowledge, it's not that easy to render and export them to 2D -- the Adv Kit that you pointed out was actually exported from TGE using a custom mod that ensured lighting, angle and a few other things were kept correct throughout the exports --

As far as the Adv Kit suggestion, I totally spaced on that when I posted my initial comment, I'm an Adv Kit owner, and it rocks!

Oh, alright. Glad you find it useful.

Ok, i boght the adventure kit, but i would like to replace the content with more animations, and modifying the code, i read a previous comment and i saw it is not simply to work with 3d models to export 2d rendered images so it will not be a good idea to buy 3d models and render them to 2d, so what could be the final recommendation?

honestly, i am thinking that maybe the market has more and more 3d models to sell than 3d, is it true?

would you recommend me to upgrade my skills to start learning TGE 1.5 and buy 3d models so i can have a bigger market to buy?

all answers are very welcomed :)

You can use 3D models directly in TGB, you don't have to output the animations to 2D Sprites. Look in the documentation overview, under Tutorials, features, there is a 3D Shapes. That will give you the basics of working with them...
