64 bit compatibility?

Is torque going to be fully compatible for 64 bit processors and the new vista 64 bit os?

i'm currently building a new pc and im going all out for my new developer pc.
so I was wondering if I should wait on vista ultimate edition.
guess ill stick with 64bit OS for now.

I'd rather have Constructor (and maybe ask santa claus for a Linux version sometime) and 32-bit Torque, than have this shiny 64-bit hyperthreading full-shiny-bells-and-whistles Torque64 but with no constructor to create content for it :-)

I've looked a bit at the needs to get it compiling and running under openSuSE Linux some months ago, and there seem to be major changes needed to get it 64-bit compilable, so I wouldn't hold my breath for a 64-bit version. I't got no priority by GarageGames, which is an understandable decision. I'd rather have Constructor (and maybe ask santa claus for a Linux version sometime) and 32-bit Torque, than have this shiny 64-bit hyperthreading full-shiny-bells-and-whistles Torque64 but with no constructor to create content for it :-)

I would hold off on vista for a while until there is better support for it and they get some of the bugs ironed out, especially with drivers.
