#1. is there a tse private forum? i bought it, but i dont see one...
#2. theres no examples that come with tse besides the demo, is this correct? i did find a fps starterkit someone made. is there anything else like this from gg?

2)The examples that come with the TSE demos/SDK are the only official ones that I know of.

2. No, but to really use TSE to its potential you should be prepared to code a lot of things yourself. At the moment there is no official starter.fps.
