Game idea - need help making it

Hey guys,
The whole story behind this idea revolves around a new nuclear arms race among the nations in the year 2015. The president of the US is found out to be dirty and using/threatening to use the US's nukes against other countries, the US is acting like a dictatorship, and the world is in chaos. You play as an ex-Navy Seal-turned-mercenary in an attempt to make money off of the world's state, but eventually you get caught up in the story as your partner is murdered, supposedly under orders from US President Smythe.
This is a working idea, but the main thing is this: I am not very good at Torque at all and I need someone to help me with this while I get a better grasp on things. Any takers?

Sounds like a cool story though. I don't know how many people would be willing to put down their dream idea and work on yours though. They'd need motivation.

To be a game and not just a story, it needs more fleshing out - like what sort of genre it's most similar to, control mechanics, etc.Sounds like a cool story though. I don't know how many people would be willing to put down their dream idea and work on yours though. They'd need motivation.

It's an FPS, definitely, and the mechanics would work kind of like a mix between splinter cell and halo, in the fact that it'd be part run and gun and part stealth, and the controls would allow for combat and interaction with things in the game world more in-depth than the "use" button.
