For noobies i recomend eclipse you can download it at www.eclipse.org i think or .com

ITS GREAT! its free! or then torsion cause its got all types of handy dandy stuff but it costs a bit, i dont suggest codeweaver though its very slow and doesnt have much features so if you want a free program eclipse is the way to go ! otherwise Torsion!

Hope this helps oh yes and if you want the trial version of torsion go to www.sickheadgames.com

And Codeweaver rocks... dunno if Torsion is better because I've not used it lately.

Codeweaver and Torsion both have debugging with breakpoints, watches, etc. There are only a couple of slightly annoying features in Codeweaver, but for the most part I enjoy using it.

Torsion isnt free... it has a trial version you can download for 30 days.

Tonys right, codeweaver is well good, but it has a slight few problems.

To make it clear for people. The early releases have been free mostly to get public feedback and shake out bugs. The final 1.0 release when it ships will not be free.
