Environment pack docs?

Hi all!
I know Tim Aste's Environment pack #1 and combo pack #2 are included with 1.5, but I haven't been able to find docs on it.

Are they included with the download?
Is there something that explains how to do the rain, snow and sandstorm that are shown in the FPS starter?

Sheesh.. finally found it.
For those that who are interested the docs are in the 'demo' directory.
Inside the docs just follow the paths listed under the Starter.FPS folders and you'll find the assets.
