Clkarification on Torque 1.5 and CVS

I understand that GarageGames intends to deprecate the use of CVS beginning with TGE version 1.5.
Does that mean that the only way to get updates of 1.5 will be as a new installer update, or will a CVS repository for TGE 1.5 still be available and its use is simply discouraged?
Personally, I find CVS to be MUCH more useful than downloading a 70MB install every time a semicolon gets fixed and I don't like the idea of waiting around months for periodic updates or wading through hundreds of forum messages looking for fixes that have already been placed into a CVS.
(ps. To be clear I don't care if the repository access is CVS or SVN. I just want to be able to get timely updates.)
(pps. Any chance we can get access to the titles of the posts as well as the content? I really do know how to spell "clarification" - just hit the submit button a bit too fast...)

Well, If GG wants to, they can alternatively provide installable patches of files that changed instead of having a full SDK re-packaged and redistributed. Just like other projects or programs downloadable from the internet.
