TGE 1.5 and Showtool

I purchased TGE 1.4 mid-September and fell into the free upgrade to 1.5 catergory and have been testing it out today.

When I boot up ShowTool Pro, it tells me it is the tryout version and that TGE 1.5 owners can find the Ignition Key on thier account page. My page seems to be lacking it and TGE 1.5 is showing as No Key Required.

Anything I can do?

It should be in the e-mail confirmation for your purchase as well.

EDIT:
But I also have it on my account page as well.

I haven't recieved an e-mail about the upgrade, it was just there today when I checked my account.

Is anyone else that bought TGE 1.4 after August 1st having this problem?

You are absolutely right. Our grant process for those that had purchased TGE 1.4 since August 1 neglected to also grant ShowTool Pro, which has the ignition key. We will remedy that as soon as possible, but we are currently tied up getting the download servers back up and running. Thanks for your patience, we will get to it soon.

Note: this does not affect those who purchased the upgrade (which is why David's results don't match), only those who were upgraded for free as a result of having purchased since August 1.

You should now have TST Pro (and associated key) on your My Account page. Thanks for your patience.
