Game Play Plug-in for Firefox, Opera

Hi Everyone,
I need people to test out the OSAKit plug-in. It is a new version that includes encryption and site play restrictions. We are working hard to try to release a first test set by November. For now, you can check out the site (it isn't final) and it shows a sample FPS playing in-browser. It is basically the starter.fps files that come with TGE, but with a new character etc.
Yesterday, I started looking into doing a complete rewrite of the plug-in for OSX. For the record, I do have a day job, so no promises on that one.
So if you can help test it out, please contact me. Just add "OSAKit.net" in your message somewhere.
Cheers :)

The forum app is free, ASP, and pretty easy to setup and customize.

Oh, and BTW - noticed you were asking for recommendations for a forum application on the OSA kit Website - I've used stuff from here before: www.aspapp.com/free-asp-forum~The forum app is free, ASP, and pretty easy to setup and customize.

Thanks :) I don't have TSE so I don't really know if it works with it. If you can send me a sample I can try to run one for you. At this time we are doing a lot of testing to make it the complexity as point and click as possible.
An API? That's something we looked into. But for now, we are concentrating on making the plug-in as secure as possible by implementing several validation strategies and tactics with OSAKit. Just like with any ActiveX or anything you download from the Web (like other games), it really boils down to how much do you trust the site providing the game. This is where brand recognition and reputation come into play. For example, it is possible to create an irritating exploit with Flash player if a one really wanted to.
Send me sample if you'd like or anyone for that matter. I can try to run it through this week hopefully.
