Need A Partner Programmer

Hi, i am working on a game project with the torque game engine with torquescript i need another partner programmer, modelers not needed cause the following content packs may be included:
Tim Astes Building Pack 2
Soldier Pack
Skeleton Pack (for the enemy creatures... but not REALLY needed)
Ragdoll Animation Pack (if theres explosions in my game...)
Modern Weapons Pack (if i want a little boost to the amount of weapons in my game ;))
Recon Vehicle Pack ( if i want some Good Vehicles in my game...)
End Of List.
The game is going to have something like this storyline:
Your The only human left on the face of the earth , the rest had been turned into different mysterious creatures. You fight for survival. Your mission is to get the magical crystal from the tower of DOOM to free everyone from there curses, or whats left of them.You pick up your trusty sidekick the m4 carbine and you are off to the adventure!
End of Story Line

I would, as most would, need to see something tangible that he (or anyone) has accomplished before i pitch in for free, now paid....ill do anything for anyone that has the $$$.
The simplicity of the idea is what got me.
Not sure how mush more he is implying there.... but if the concept is that simple....
I commend his ability to stay simple...something others fail to do....allot.
